On January 19th you will start with a two day prep of guided clean eating to prepare you for the cleanse. Then we will cleanse with juice for 5 days from January 21st-25th. We will then take two days to gradually wean off the cleanse. You will feel brighter and lighter!

Kimberly is your "Juicy Life Coach", she is committed to supporting and empowering you to live a "juicy" life! She help clients rediscover a healthy and happy approach to food - one that supports health, but also creates pleasure and nourishes your mind, body and soul. She is also a certified Yoga instructor, and provides business consulting and support to health food restaurants and companies. Kim holds her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from UC Riverside and is a certified Holistic Health Coach from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
